The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony offering a stunning view of the city and the pool below. the convenience of having a kitchenette in the room allowed us the flexibility to prepare simple meals during our time there. I especially appreciated the dry cleaning and laundry services offered by the hotel, making it easy to refresh our clothes after a day of exploring Nairobi. the free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus, keeping us connected to loved ones back home.
